1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how Solara Real Estate Group s.r.o., Company ID 27663965,

registered office Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“Controller”, “we”, “us”),

processes personal data in connection with the Realnyx® platform and licence sales.

We process personal data in accordance with:

• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

• Applicable Czech data protection law

• Other applicable data protection laws where relevant

3. SCOPE OF PROCESSING & ROLE OF REALNYX®

3.1 Our Role

Solara Real Estate Group s.r.o. acts as an independent Data Controller in relation to:

• Licence account data

• Billing and invoicing data

• Affiliate and commission data

• Platform access data

• Communication data

3.2 No Processing of End-Client CRM Data

Realnyx® does not provide CRM services and does not process personal data of property buyers,

sellers, tenants or other end-clients of Licensees.Each Licensee and/or Regional Partner acts as an independent Data Controller with respect to its

own client data and bears full responsibility for compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3.3 No Joint Controllership

Nothing in the Realnyx® structure creates joint controllership between Licensor and Licensees

unless expressly agreed in writing.

4. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain data:

• For the duration of the Licence

• For accounting retention (up to 10 years under Czech law)

• As necessary for legal defence

After retention period, data is deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures including:

• SSL encryption

• Secure hosting

• Logging and monitoring

No system can guarantee absolute security.
